The Smithsonian's Office of Digital Transformation (ODT) is on a mission to connect its vast global resources—from 21 museums and the National Zoo—to people everywhere, from classrooms to communities. To help drive this digital evolution, we developed a dynamic visual identity combining modern digital innovation with the institution's rich legacy. Centered around a geometric interpretation of the O-D-T acronym, the new branding features versatile logo treatments, thoughtful typography, and transformative imagery that captures the spirit of scholarly excellence and forward-thinking innovation.
