Garrison Brothers Bourbon Whiskey hosts an annual event called “Red, White & Bourbon” to observe Veterans Day and to honor those who have served. There is a forced connection between the Statue of Liberty raising her torch and raising a glass of Garrison Brothers in a toast. This illustration is hand cut out of a linoleum block. The color palette is patriotic and bold. In addition, the hand-laid woodblock type and star ornaments add gritty Texas character.
